Third Party Administrative (TPA) department role is suitable for medical insurance procedure, madiclain agent, responsible staff, cash less medical treatments. It is required for departmental works, TPA company follow up etc. Here they will monitor every patient covered in TPA before discharge from hospital and after admission in hospital. They will coordinate with billing department, pharmacy department, lab department, TPA department and all concern departments inside hospital and find the result of healthcare payment settlement which is due against patient. They have responsibility to issue no dues certificate for each and every patient and security of hospital will allow patient exit after discharge from hospital.
