Setup Administrator role has rights to manage the important and secured configuration items. They can configure setup of bed charge, Bed Details, Bed Type, Blood Bank Name, Blood Group, Day Name, Doctor Fee, Doctor Fee Slab, Doctor Timing List, application’s user roles as well as application. It is a highest level permission to manage configuration items of DVNAPMS application. Those users who is containing setup administrator role can make application setup configuration only. They are restricted to performed activity like new user creation, Pay role management, Visitor Management, Doctor Management, Reporting, Billing, Pharmacy Management, Canteen Management, Pathology Management and Security Management etc.

Setup Administrator Role is very important to manage the hospital and Hospital management system because it has full control on configuration items. Its Configuration items are highly secured and should be accessible for highly responsible person of hospital. If configuration items will wrongly configured then software will not performed work accurately. Its impact will affect the finance of hospital and mismatch of balance sheet of hospital.
