This is the configuration items of software. Appointee is the employee of company like Managing director, CEO, Project Manager, Sales Manager, Area Manager, IT Departments head, Projects Leads, HR head, HR Requesters etc. Whenever Appointee is coming in your office first time then you have to must register the Appointee. This is called one time Appointee registration. Before registration of Appointee just search the Appointee in search option if you founds Appointee details then you not required to reregistration. This is called existing Appointee. Hence Appointee registration is one time activity.
Appointment Panel: This is the one kinds of panel and here you can monitor the visitor queue. It will show you visitor queue list. How many visitor is assigned with appointee, also shows the status of visitor. You can monitor visitor by specific appointment date and also between dates.
